Orientation Day for new First-Year (Freshman) Students

We are so excited that you've selected Northeastern Illinois University to earn your bachelor's degree!  Finishing well requires getting off to a good start, and that's why we ask all new first-year students to attend an orientation day.  We want to give you every opportunity to confirm everything is in place for the start of your NEIU experience.  This means having an opportunity to meet with an advisor, make changes to your schedule (or create a schedule), confirming your financial aid, learning about the student services in place to help you succeed, and leaving with the tools to prevent any holds on your account.  If you plan to live on campus, housing resources are available to help you take the next step or finish securing your housing.  Please choose a date that will work well for you.  All incoming enrolled students are assessed a $70 orientation fee on your bill, which can be covered by financial aid.  Students only need to attend one of the available dates.
