Admissions Operations provides transfer credit evaluations for admitted students based on official transcripts from national or regionally accredited institutions. Students may request a re-evaluation of their coursework if they believe the initial evaluation and transfer credit equivalency does not accurately reflect the scope of the original course.
In order for your Re-Evaluation request to be processed, the Admissions Operations must have an official copy of the transcript(s) listed on this form. It is your responsibility to request updated, official transcripts be sent to Admissions Operations prior to filing this form.
Before you complete this form, please note:
If you do not see certain transfer courses from your previous college on your evaluation or degree audit, it is likely because we have transferred the maximum number of hours allowed. We cannot list every course you completed from transfer institutions.
If there is a course you need for your major, you must provide a memo from your advisor detailing the justification to swap courses. Additionally, courses may not appear on your evaluation if they were listed as In Progress on your transcript when you were admitted. Please make sure an updated official transcript is sent to Admissions Review and Processing and all grades are included.
Knowledge of prerequisites, the residency requirement, and limits on transfer credit is the responsibility of the student. If you have questions about the transfer credit policy, please refer to the Transfer Credit Policy section in the academic catalog.
